This page explains how billing works, how to cancel in seconds, and our refund policy for digital content.

How to cancel (takes ~10 seconds)

  1. Open the Billing Portal (secure).
  2. Choose Cancel membership.
  3. You'll keep access until the end of the paid period. No further charges.

If you bought through the website (not an app store), the Billing Portal is the fastest way to cancel instantly.

Summary of your contract

  • Seven-day free trial with full access. No card needed to start the trial.
  • Purchases happen on our website. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the current paid term.
  • Refunds: for digital content, once you get access after purchase we don’t provide refunds except where required by law (details below).

Refund policy (digital content)

Because Sanctum delivers digital content immediately after purchase, and you already had a free 7-day no-card trial, we use a strict refund policy:

  • No refunds after purchase once access is granted, except where the law in your region gives you a right to a refund or cooling-off that cannot be waived.
  • In the UK/EU, the 14-day withdrawal right for distance sales does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you’ll lose the right to cancel. Our checkout asks for that consent.
  • If content is defective or not as described and we can’t remedy promptly, we’ll provide a proportionate remedy as required by law in your region.

Billing & renewal

  • Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. You’ll see the final price before paying.
  • Subscriptions renew at the listed interval until cancelled. We show the renewal price and period near the purchase button.
  • We may change pricing on renewal with advance notice; if you don’t agree, cancel before the next charge.

Acceptable use & safety

  • Don’t copy, resell, or publicly distribute our audio or app content.
  • Sanctum is wellness/relaxation audio. It’s not a medical device or treatment. If you have a condition that may be affected by audio stimulation, consult a professional before use.
